Landscaping Design and Installation
Driveways Construction and Repairs

Turf, Topsoil, and Artificial Grass Installation
Decking and Outdoor Structures
Other Custom Outdoor Solutions
All services are subject to an agreed quotation and timeline, which may vary depending on site conditions and material availability.
2. Quotations & Payments
All quotes are free, valid for 30 days, and subject to a site visit.
A deposit (typically 25-50%) may be required before work begins.
Final payment is due upon completion, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payments can be made by bank transfer or other agreed methods.
3. Scheduling & Delays
We strive to start and complete projects on the agreed dates.
Delays may occur due to weather, supplier issues, or unforeseen site conditions.
In such cases, we will inform you promptly and revise the schedule if necessary.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Ensure unobstructed access to the worksite.
Notify us of any underground utilities or hazards.
Obtain any necessary permissions, including planning permissions if required.
5. Warranties & Liability
We guarantee workmanship for 12 months from the completion date.
This does not cover natural wear, client misuse, or third-party damage.
We are insured for public liability but are not responsible for damage due to undisclosed underground issues or force majeure events.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations must be made in writing at least 7 days before the start date.
Deposits may be non-refundable if materials have been ordered or work has started.
7. Changes to Work
Any changes to the agreed scope must be confirmed in writing.
Additional costs may apply for changes or extra work requested during the project.
8. Privacy & Data Use
Any personal data shared with us is used solely for service delivery and communication.
We do not share customer data with third parties without consent.
9. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of England.
